Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with the Facebook Platform Policy and applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), users of the Elite Marketing AI platform — operated by Elite Media — may request deletion of any personal data associated with their account or with the Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp connections they have authorized.

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using either of the following methods:

Method A — In-app (recommended)

  1. Log into your Elite Marketing AI account.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete my data.
  3. Confirm the deletion request.

Method B — By email

Send an email to privacy@elitemedia.enterprises with:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Body: the email address associated with your account, and (if applicable) your Facebook User ID, Instagram username, or WhatsApp Business phone number.

We will verify the request, confirm receipt within 72 hours, and complete deletion within 30 days.

2. Expected Processing Time

  • Confirmation of receipt: within 72 hours.
  • Completion of deletion: within 30 calendar days.
  • Confirmation of completion: sent by email when deletion is finished.

3. What Will Be Deleted

  • Your account profile, login credentials, and account settings.
  • All access tokens for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp integrations.
  • Ad-account metadata, campaign briefs, creative assets, and AI-generated content you produced.
  • Conversation logs and message templates created via WhatsApp Business.
  • Personally identifiable analytics tied to your account.

4. What May Be Retained

For legal and accounting purposes, we may retain the following beyond the deletion window, in an isolated archive:

  • Invoices, payment records, and tax documents (typically 5–10 years, as required by Egyptian tax law).
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
  • Records required to comply with a legal hold, court order, or regulatory request.

5. Facebook / Meta Compliance

Elite Marketing AI is registered as a Meta-integrated application. In line with Meta's Data Deletion Callback requirement, when a Facebook user removes our app from their Facebook account, Meta will notify our servers and we will delete the associated data within 30 days. 6. Revoking Access Without Deleting Your Account

If you only want to disconnect a social integration (without deleting your Elite Marketing AI account):

  • Facebook / Instagram: go to Facebook Business Integrations and remove "Elite Marketing AI".
  • WhatsApp Business: disconnect the integration from inside Elite Marketing AI under Settings → Integrations.
