1. Introduction
Elite Media is a performance marketing and AI growth company headquartered in Egypt and operating across the MENA region. Elite Marketing AI is our software platform that helps businesses plan, launch, and optimize advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, WhatsApp Business, and other channels.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, company, role.
- Billing information: payment method details (processed by our payment processor), billing address, tax ID.
- Content you submit: campaign briefs, creative assets, messages, prompts, and any other content you upload.
- Communications: messages you send to support or via our forms.
Information collected automatically
- Device, browser, IP address, and approximate location.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, time spent, click events.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
Information from connected platforms
When you connect an external account, we receive only the data scopes you explicitly authorize. See Section 4.
3. User Accounts
You must register an account to use most features of Elite Marketing AI. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may update or delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us (see Section 13).
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is hosted on enterprise-grade managed cloud infrastructure (PostgreSQL on Supabase / AWS) with industry-standard safeguards:
- TLS 1.2+ encryption for data in transit.
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
- Row-level access controls and least-privilege role enforcement.
- Audit logging of administrative actions.
Retention: account data is retained while your account is active. Backups are rotated within 90 days. Logs are retained up to 12 months. After deletion, residual data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).
8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (see Section 9).
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Restriction & objection — limit or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account or any data Elite Marketing AI holds about you, follow the steps on our Data Deletion Instructions page. Requests are processed within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
Elite Marketing AI is intended for business users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Data Transfers
We operate globally and may transfer data outside your country of residence (including to the EU, US, and MENA region). Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the platform or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4. Social Media Integrations
Elite Marketing AI integrates with third-party platforms to deliver campaigns and analytics on your behalf. We only request the minimum permissions required to operate the features you enable.

Revoking access
You can revoke our access at any time from your Facebook Business Settings (Business Integrations) or by disconnecting the integration inside Elite Marketing AI. Revocation stops future data access; previously processed data is handled per Section 9.
